摘要：作为法律文化载体的法律语言因其术语和句法结构的复杂性引起越来越多的语言学家和法律界专家的关注。本文运用语用原则，通过分析法律英语的特点，试图从专业术语、文体风格及文化差异等方面讨论影响其翻译的主要问题，并提出一些探索性的建议。 

Abstract: Being the carrier of legal culture, legal language has attracted more and more linguists’ attention due to its terms and complicated syntactic structure. Through adopting pragmatic principles to analyze the characteristics of legal English, this paper is an attempt to discuss some major problems in its translation in terms of professional terms, literary style and cultural differences of legal English in the hope of offering some tentative suggestion on its translation.
