构思结尾段要注意两点：1）与开头段论点句保持呼应，但不能照抄论点局；2）简明扼要概括全文论点，不要添加新的观点和例子。
1、转折式
例1：In conclusion, I believe there are strong arguments for giving unemployed people access to the Internet. However, the case for providing mobile phones is less convincing, and it may be more cost-effective in the long run to invest in relevant training programmes.
