    It was cold and snowing. Daming, Xiaofei and I went to skate on the lake. As we were enjoying ourselves

skating on the frozen lake, the ice suddenly broke and Daming fell into the water. Xiaofei and I were afraid,

so we shouted loudly, “help! Help!” Luckily a policeman was passing by. He took off his clothes quickly,

jumped into the cold water and pushed Daming out of the water. Daming was saved finally, and his parents were

so thankful that they sent a letter of thanks to the police station.
